Can I return a product?

At Harvest Goddess, we stand behind all our products and make sure its made with top quality. We do offer returns and refunds only if a product is defective or had been damaged during shipping. We do have a 10-day policy.  In order to get an exchange or refund, we would ask for "evidence". Make sure you take a picture and send it to our email within the contact page and we'll review it; and as long as the package and/or labeling has not been destroyed, damaged, or otherwise tampered with we will offer a refund or an exchange. Other than those conditions we will not accept any refunds or returns. 

Do I have to pay for shipping? 

Yes, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we approve the return, refund, or exchange you will receive e-mail instructions with how to package, address, and ship items for return.
